Service Description
Welcome to Mess Zone - a fun, colourful sensory play experience designed for little explorers! Our sessions are suitable for children aged 6 months (or sitting unaided) up to 5 years old and are perfect for babies, toddlers and young children who love to scoop, pour, splash, build, mix and explore through hands-on play. Each session includes: A dedicated paint and creative play area 6 exciting sensory tuff trays Water play stations Slime and flowing water channels Rice, pasta, construction and sensory activities Toys, tools and open-ended exploration A safe and spacious indoor setup Our sessions are designed to encourage: Imagination and creativity Fine motor skills Confidence and independence Sensory development Social play and interaction There’s no pressure, no structure and no expectations — just relaxed, messy fun at your child’s own pace! there’s plenty of room to play, move and explore safely in our sports hall. Please remember: Children must be supervised by their parent/carer at all times Suitable clothing and a towel is recommended as things may get messy! Some activities may include food-based sensory materials Car park at the back of the building, otherwise on street parking is available along side The Hub. We can’t wait to welcome you to the mess!

General Booking & Venue Policy, Applicable to UV Glow Parties, Reload Zone & Mess Zone Bookings & Payments * All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed * Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received * Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date prior to the event/session * Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking Cancellations & Refunds * Deposits and bookings are non-refundable unless the event/session is cancelled by us * In certain exceptional circumstances, credit or rescheduling may be offered at management discretion * No refunds will be given for non-attendance or partially attended sessions/parties Supervision * Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times unless otherwise stated * Children must behave safely and respectfully towards staff, equipment and other guests * Any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the session or venue without refund Health & Safety * Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs before attending * Some activities may involve sensory materials, food-based products, water, paint, slime, foam, UV lighting or physical activity * Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn for the activity booked * We recommend bringing spare clothes/towels for messy or water-based activities Damage & Liability * Deliberate damage to equipment, furniture or the venue may result in charges for repair or replacement * Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk * We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items Arrival & Collection * Please arrive on time for your booking/session * Late arrivals may reduce activity time * Children must be collected promptly at the end of the party time Photography & Social Media * Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes across our social media platforms and website * Please notify a member of staff upon arrival if you do not wish your child to appear in photos/videos Food & Drink * Food and drinks purchased onsite must remain within designated areas where instructed * Please advise us in advance of any severe allergies Parking Parking is available at the rear of the building, with additional parking alongside The Hub at the front of the building Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk Right to Refuse Entry We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session/party.
