Bounce & Glow Party 🎉 Get ready to bounce, slide, dance and play! Our Bounce & Glow Party gives children aged 1–6 years 90 minutes of exclusive fun across two exciting party rooms. Bounce, Slide & Play Our sports hall includes: A bouncy castle A separate bouncy slide An inflatable toddler tent with ball pool Soft-play equipment Football goal and dodgeballs Step into our UV disco room featuring: DJ set up Colourful disco lights and dance floor Choose your favourite party music using our iPad via Spotify or bring your own ready made playlist (Spotify only) UV pool table UV air hockey UV football table Seating for adults Tables for party food and birthday cake Party Information Party length: 90 minutes Suitable for: Children aged 1-6 only Food is not included, but food packages can be added You are welcome to bring a birthday cake A member of staff will be available if you need assistance This is a self-led party and children must be supervised by responsible adults Our coffee shop will be open for drinks and refreshments Free customer parking is available at the rear Everything is ready when you arrive - just bring the children and get ready to Bounce & Glow!
Cancellation Policy
General Booking & Venue Policy, Applicable to UV Glow Parties, Reload Zone & Mess Zone Bookings & Payments * All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed * Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received * Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date prior to the event/session * Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking Cancellations & Refunds * Deposits and bookings are non-refundable unless the event/session is cancelled by us * In certain exceptional circumstances, credit or rescheduling may be offered at management discretion * No refunds will be given for non-attendance or partially attended sessions/parties Supervision * Parents/carers remain responsible for supervising their children at all times unless otherwise stated * Children must behave safely and respectfully towards staff, equipment and other guests * Any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate may result in removal from the session or venue without refund Health & Safety * Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs before attending * Some activities may involve sensory materials, food-based products, water, paint, slime, UV lighting or physical activity * Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn for the activity booked * We recommend bringing spare clothes/towels for messy or water-based activities * Bounce & Glow parties for under 6 yrs Damage & Liability * Deliberate damage to equipment, furniture or the venue may result in charges for repair or replacement * Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk * We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items Arrival & Collection * Please arrive on time for your booking/session * Late arrivals may reduce activity time * Children must be collected promptly at the end of the party time Photography & Social Media * Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes across our social media platforms and website * Please notify a member of staff upon arrival if you do not wish your child to appear in photos/videos Food & Drink * Food and drinks purchased onsite must remain within designated areas where instructed * Please advise us in advance of any allergies Parking Parking is available at the rear of the building, with additional parking alongside The Hub at the front of the building Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk Right to Refuse Entry We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session/party.
