I understand that Nerf activities involve running, dodging, physical activity and being struck by foam darts. While Reload Zone will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and suitable supervision, minor injuries such as temporary redness, minor bruising, scrapes or discomfort may occur through normal participation.
I confirm that my child is fit and able to participate in Nerf activities and I have informed Reload Zone of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs that may affect their participation.
I understand that all participants are expected to follow safety instructions and venue rules at all times. Failure to do so may result in my child being removed from an activity for their own safety or the safety of others.
By signing this document, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in Nerf and other party activities. I voluntarily assume responsibility for any injury, damage or loss that may arise from participation, except where caused by negligence on the part of Reload Zone.
I understand that Reload Zone, its owners and staff will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment and appropriate supervision throughout the event.
